I bought two lamps. Both did not work. Laura Ashely would not send out new ones until they had retrieved and tested the old ones. They then failed to show up on both occasions organised to pick them up (i had taken time off work to do this) and told me that I would have to wait at home again to get them picked uip. They still refused to replace the lamps even though it was their fault they were not picked up. Customer services said it was their policy 'not to give customers a call back within 24 hours'.
