I can't believe that after ordering a cabinet at the beginning of the year, at this point they took the money, therefore accuring interest on it, it turned up last week, I didn't like it (I accept that this is my problem) I phoned up to return it, £60 later, yes they have charged me this to collect it! I cannot believe in this day and age of internet shopping that they can get away with this........they should be ashamed of themselves or at the very least advertise their fees more clearly. I offered to return the goods myself....suprise suprise they won't let me. Like other reviews I will be sticking with the likes of Next who don't even charge for collection. Shame on your Laura Ashley
