“No response from customer services”

Frances glass door handles keep coming off in the hand - I got locked in a room for an hour! Had to send product back for 'technical team to review' - no email from them updating me, I was just sent a tracking number saying a replacement pair sent out. Sent to wrong address, still have not received them! No reply to 4 emails, 2 complaints and you are left waiting on expensive phone line which no-one answers. No response to my question as to whether or not this is a major product fault. AWFUL - DO NOT BUY.
