We bought the Kingston suite online in December 2011. The cushions have quickly became saggy, have no support and are really uncomfortable.
We have been visited by the furniture technician who showed me how to plump up the cushions which I have since done religiously every week. They seems to be getting worse. I finally got through to someone in customer services today who was very rude and said she can guarantee I'm not plumping up the cushions correctly! They need to go back to the the manufacturer and they can't provide a replacement. She arrogantly told me that 99% of cases show it's the customer who's at fault. I don't hold out much hope that our problem will get resolved.
I'm bitterly disappointed and would never recommend Laura Ashley furniture after our experience.
