Bought two Harrogate Sofas. Cushions have gone totally saggy. It is like sitting Beanbags.

Customer services have suggested I buy a new lot and say they are not garanteed.

A total waste of money and inconvenience.

Agreed. Had our sofa for a couple of months, cost £1000 looks awful, has to be fluffed up every day or it just looks like a bit of old tat we've had for years.
