I received a msg saying order would be delivered between 7:30 and 11:30 on 14th November and get a call an hour before, received a missed call at 8 am which i presumed was them saying they wernt far so didn't ring back, started to get worried at half 9 when nobody had arrived so tried to ring number and got no answer, rang customer services and spoke to two other people on chat throughout the day who said the driver could not be contacted, 7pm came round which is latest delivery time still no order and customer service was shut so had to send an email asking what was going on, got a call next morning sayin it had been delivered and signed for and they would have to do an investigation before I received a replacement, after eventually speaking to someone helpful from the delivery company that told me they could have contacted driver but obviously couldn't be bothered i tried knocking on random peoples doors to find It myself, then they agreed to send me replacements and refund delivery charge after speakin to someone that had spoken to delivery person who had obviously realised they had delivered to wrong house as the person was getting plastering done and I live in a new build, think they though I was trying it on! Just wanted my order on time wont be ordering from them again.
