I purchased a tv unit from Gateshead Metro centre Newcastle upon Tyne store number 143 last week however on assembling some of the holes were out of sort
I could not find my reciept and worried i would not be given a refund
I however took in proof of purchase using my bank statement today
A young assistant cashier  looked on the computer and got my purchase up on sreen
I could not let it go unnoticed what a lovely pleasant member of your team this young lady was she has restored my faith in good customer care
So thankyou Ikea for making my shopping expeience such a pleasant no hasstle
Affair and i can assure you it was my first time as a customer but it wont be my last as it gives peace of mind to know if something goes wrong it is put right with no hasstle from exellent staff .
