Never realised this company were so bad. If I would have seen these reviews and those on other social media sites I would never have shopped with them. Rung company and waited over 30 minutes until call was answered. There can be no excuse for poor customer service and clearly Ikea are quick to take your money but unable and inept and uncaring when it comes to customer service.
