Isn't it funny how its generally people who have a bad experience who take the time to do reviews and tell everyone how awful Ikea are!!!! So I thought I''d tell everyone about the great service I received from them. I was given a four hour delivery window and also had a phone call from the delivery driver 45mins before they arrived well within the delivery slot. All 25 items were there!!! Then on realising I had ordered the wrong height of wardrobe, after a phone call ( which I admit I did have to wait 25mins to get through) the new items are being delivered in five days and the wrong ones taken away.
Really pleased as part of this saga was my fault and Ikea have sorted it for me!!
