The whole experience from start to finish (except the delivery itself) was a nightmare. It took 2 hours to place our order in-store (too long a story to go into). I then needed to contact the store regarding delivery of items as one the sofas I ordered bacame discontinued the day after I paid for it. Could not get through on the phone despite over 20 attempts, continually put on hold for 20, 30+ minutes. Broken links on the website and the online chat does not work!!!!! Never again!!!
