My recent experience of Ikea Customer Relations / Service has been terrible! Their assistant ordered me the wrong product yet I have to pay to have it taken down and they might reimburse me! Everytime I call I hold for at least 45 minutes despite the message saying i should be on hold for 15 mins and it seems no matter what time or day they are "experiencing high volumes of calls"!
