Ordered flooring at the beginning of April, still waiting 5 weeks later. On the day, the flooring was apparently in stock, I would only have to wait 10 days for delivery. A week later, I had one garbled message left on my answerphone to arrange a delivery, I called back again and again, and when I did eventually get through (trying 2 different supplied numbers) a delivery was arranged, I spent the day waiting for it to arrive - guess what? No sign. Repeated calls to shop and head office... (read more)

This company will promise you the world and deliver nothing. They display products they can't supply but take your money anyway & then don't deliver. They had £1000 of my money for 3 months , 1 month whilst we awaited delivery & 2 months after demanding a refund. You will be told the store can't authorise refunds more than £250 & you have to APPLY to get your own money back from head office. This turns put to be complete rubbish according to Trading Standards as your contract is with the... (read more)

This is the first time I went to shop at this store. I was offered a 20% discount (these vat off stuff I saw on their internet site). So I went in store and ordered some laminate which came to a total price of £245. With the discount if was £205 (so not REALLY 20% as I was given some sort of silly excuse. Still AGREED as I was getting at least some discount). However, then I went to B&Q the next day and saw the exact ones which would have cost me £135 in total. So I went back to see if I... Our suppliers of laminate only supply one UK company thier goods and that is Floors2Go. B&Q do not sell the same goods , therefore we are well within our rights to not refund, however we still went above and beyond offering a further reduction which we didnt really need to do, so therefore i would actually comment the members of staff in this store for trying to rectify what is clearly a misunderstanding on your behalf.
Written on: 12/05/2013
Wow so your supplier for laminate flooring only supplies your company, do you think maybe that's the problem as to why you never have any stock. B&Q don't sell the same goods as you because what they sell they can actually deliver on, because they have the stock. This might be abit outside the box but has your company ever thought about I don't know, having a supplier that has stock to deliver to you so that you can then deliver that stock to your customers. I know your used to taking peoples money without actually giving them any product, but Wickes, B&Q, and Homebase somehow manage to stay open while selling what they say they have to sell. I know silly idea ow well my bad.
Written on: 13/05/2013
We have plenty of stock as a company, the complaint here is about a customer putchasing goods, TAKING them away and the requesting more money back. Your rant about stock is completely irrelivent.
Written on: 13/05/2013
As a company you don't have plenty of stock that's lie number one read all your negative reviews also the comment above was about getting his money back the following day after seeing it cheaper at B&Q, he does not say that he actually received his flooring yet from your company, If he did he's the only one, so the comment which you left at as a lame attempt to justify not giving refunds because you sell something B&Q don't now that's irrelivent. No company in the land refuses a full refund the following day unless your Floors-2-Never-Arrive and using the biggest DIY store in the land who does give full refunds, to argue your point for not giving any refunds worth talking about just about sums you and your company up. By the way he wanted the refund after being ripped off and not getting his 20% in the first place so as usual no stock no real discount, and no real refund why would anyone go to Wickes and B&Q don't figure, and the truth is not a rant but Floors-2-Never-Arrive will be shut down again.
Written on: 13/05/2013
You have no idea of the stock holdings of each and every store so throwing comments around like you are is ridiculous. And i do know for a FACT the goods was taken away from the branch in question , and companys these days give credit notes back after purchasing goods if goods are to be returned....it a fact.
Written on: 14/05/2013
Stock holdings is not what your selling, your selling what you don't have in stock and what's rediculous is when you quote delivery within 3-5 days, and regards your facts about credit notes you speak about B&Q and yet they give a full refund after goods are returned not a credit note, so your facts are like your stock levels just more lies and lies are not facts.

Terms and Conditions are clearly printed on reciept and behind every cash desk where purchases take place for every customer to see. The £250 threshold has been put in place for over 10 years and fully comply with trading standards. This refund policy is there to protect customers and the company and will remain part of the refund policy which you would have clearly seen on the point of purchase. Also if the company fails to deliever your goods after 2 weeks, you are entitled to your money back, however it is your choice, and nobody elses that you had waited for the goods to come.

Terms and conditions are clearly printed you say so tell me then where is it written that the company you work for will take your money then lie about delivering goods that you don't even have, and also where is it written that 2 months can come and go and you still refuse to give customers there hard earned money back. Customers don't choose to wait and wait, they phone and phone to be told lie after lie about delivery dates. If your going to quote your company's terms and conditions make sure they actually deliver upon them, or your getting shut down again, don't take my word for it don't even believe all the negative reviews on this site, just ask Trading standards.
