I have just completed a deal at your Longwell Green Branch in Bristol.The reason I completed the deal today and am writing to you is that I wanted to express my thanks and congratulations in the level of service I received.

I knew nothing about flooring when I met with Shaun late Saturday afternoon, he took time out to explain the different types and value/quality differences in the floor panelling, underlay and fitting process. Nothing was to much of an effort.

The time and friendliness shown to me encouraged me to choose Fllors2Go and today I placed an order for for a little over £300 with Shaun.
So from no knowledge of the subject to complete closure in 48 hours. Brilliant. Shaun was extremely knowledgeable, patience and quite frankly fun to do business with.
