I'm not going into detail with my problem with this company, as it is so ridiculous and and has been blown way out of hand by the so called regional manager. I'm writing this review as a warning for anyone thinking to go to floors to go, to stay away. The regional manager does not even know the meaning of the word customer service. Very very poor. I cant wait to get him on the phone and give him a piece of my mind.
