Great service really pleased !!!

I ordered my laminate flooring and underlay online with floors to go just under a week ago after paying nearly £400 î found this review centre an my god did I worry after all the bad reviews regarding delivery I thought I'd never see my flooring I recieved an email to say it would be delivered today 17-07-13 and to be honest I wasn't sure it would come but at 10.40 I had a phone call from the delivery driver advising me he would be with me in 20 mins and he was true to his word with my complete order all in there and in tact I have never been so happy to see a delivery man in all my life. And to add he was such a lovely man an deserves the credit. Although the pallet was just dropped at my door and I did have to move 20 boxes indoors myself with a small child but this is floors to go that the problem lies I paid £30 delivery so think it should be brought in doors but not drivers fault. I must say I would use again after all the worry floors to go come through for me and deserve A star rating. Thank you !!!
