half order delivered

I ordered two separate pieces of vinyl flooring which I had found online at half the price that I could get it in the shops. So I was really happy. The vinyl was delivered when expected. Only one roll arrived with a label on it that said two items. I queried with the delivery driver whether that meant there was one item missing or that they were both in the one roll. The driver said he had no idea that on his sheet that morning it had said two items but that this had been crossed out and changed to one item. My fitter arrived the day after and undid the vinyl to find that there was only one piece. I rang customer services who apologised and said they had no idea what happened to the other piece but could reorder it and send out again. This was then delivered at my request on the following Monday. My fitter came out twice and charged me more for two visits. I was very happy with the vinyl (Funky polka dot) quality and price but very unhappy about the missing piece which was very inconvenient to me and the fitter.
