Went to buy garden furniture only had 2 of 3 boxes in store I suggest returning for missing box but no not able then was sent on 3 hour round trip to collect from another store and they didn't have it there!! Called 1st store obviously annoyed suggesting they should let me take the 2 boxes and source the table for my inconvenience but not allowed!! Can't make decisions to do that so I stupidly ordered online waited 8 days for delivery but there had been a system error and they couldn't tell me when to expect next delivery. .I wasted a whole day from work extremely annoyed emailed customer service waiting 72 hours for response made numerous phone calls totally exasperated 2 weeks later cancelled order and awaiting refund!! Unbelievable.. will never set foot in that store again as long as I have a whole in my arse..
