I ordered 8 items online money was taken from my account over £120. I waited 7 days for delivery and got an email saying I had been given a complete refund. The email didn't say why so I phoned customer service and the lady said she didn't know why maybe it was out of stock. My reply " what all 8 items" she then went on to say well at least you have had a refund, and would you like me to reorder for you?. That was it no apology no I will try and find out. Will not order online again if even their customer service cant tell me what happened to my order.
