Purchased 2 & 3 seater leather recliners from the Glasgow London Road store. On delivery they looked fine. First time I sit down I think I'm on a rocking chair as the sliders to protect my wooden floor at a cost of an extra £45 are no use. An engineer turns up weeks later and removes the centre support..."dodgy". Sofa after a few weeks then collapses in the centre. Enter engineer number 2. Messed about with feet and stuffs some extra foam in for goodwill. Now the springs have gone..the recliner mechanism in creaking and the extra stuffing hg as moved and my sofa looks fit for the skip at only 8 months old. Awaiting a 3rd visit from these furniture specialists. Don't buy anything from this company.
