Ordered a corner sofa it came in two different colours service manager came out we ordered another one it came through different colours + there was a hole in the back plus there was a big mark on the front of it service manager had to come out again so twice I've had days off work to wait for deliveries twice I've had days off to wait for service managers now the sofa has to go back I have to have another day off to wait for collection I have a message off a manager on my answer machine saying they will compensate me for the inconvenience then told today by customer service they do not compensate when I asked if they would knock a decent amount off the sofa and I would be willing to keep it they said that it will be touched up and put back on the shop floor for the sale at the original price so buyers out there be aware you may be buying a sofa that I've had for the last month and used
