Paid £1700 for 2 new sofas but both were damaged when delivered. Paid £100 for 4 matching cushions but 3 didn't match the sofas. I rejected the total order and received a credit towards a different purchase.
I chose a different style of sofa and paid £1100 more.
I have been given different delivery dates and was not happy to wait more than 9 weeks for delivery. The sofas have now been reduced by £100 each but DFS wont reduce the price of my sofas and I was told I can not cancel the order. They said if I did cancel I would not get any of my £1700 back.
Poor service from poor company. I will be going to a different supplier and hopefully will get better service.
