Deluxe Corner Sofa Bed

I have purchased recently being June 2015 a
Black Deluxe Corner Sofa Bed. It states on the website as being Deluxe option, with having frequent use. I intend to use it once a week for my daughter to come and stay over.

I hadn't seen it to order I placed the order over the phone. When arriving I pulled it out after a few weeks to use. The mattress is very thin. So thin you can feel all the springs inside and the metal. You can also even feel the metal supporting bar which is the metal mechanism.

I contacted the store and they sent out someone to
come and take a look. I was told it was for infrequent use only which is to be considered x2 a year and that they advise a mattress topper or a duvet be placed on the mattress or even by a foam
Mattress to place on top.

To me this doesn't make sense as it doesn't state that in the actual website: it states deluxe, frequent and no mention of needing anything extra to be able to sleep on it. The whole purpose of me buying it was to use a sofa bed otherwise I would have kept my OLD sofa which was much much more comfortable!! It was cheap from Argos costing £300 this was in fact on sale at the price of £1.500 so 5x the price! I cannot say how very disappointed I am. I contacted DFS customer services again and spoke with the store manager again and they refuse to do anything at all.

If you are thinking of buying a sofa like this I advise against it. I do not like writing reviews and only do so under obligation to anyone else considering buying this kind of sofa bed. Please do not waste your money!
