Not happy with dfs at all!!! The delivery people were not trained and ripped my sofa pushing it through the door so hard ! Then refused to remove the arms and take up stairs !! Had to be re delivered and they re delivered it days later so was sitting on the floor for days!! They deliver the same damaged one ! And was missing cosions and the feet were missing and they refused to give me money off for the hassle !!! Don't use dfs !!!

They use removal guys with no training during the rush, and they leave sofas out in the rain before delivery , the frames warp and the leather cracks
