Rubbish furniture. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I Purchased a 3 seat and 2 seat sofa an armchair and footstool in June 2014 from Banbury dfs store. Within a few weeks the seats had gone flat and were sagging and very uncomfortable. I Contacted dfs Banbury and spoke to the manager, he said a service manager would contact me asap, after five weeks with no contact I sent an email to the dfs CEO  with my complaint, Next day I had a call to say service manager would call in two days. he did and sat on the sofa and sad yes it was not comfortable, he turned it over to check the base. THERE WAS A ZIP PANEL !!!!he opened it and said. "oh yes it needs more stuffing in the seats and some more rubber support straps.We can repair this". I said the suit was new and I did not want a repaired item that I had paid £1800 for. I then contacted the finance company Hitachi Personal Finance, as the have a responsibility for good they are financing , they have been very helpful, the case is ongoing I Want a full refund and dfs will only offer a repair..... next stop the Furniture ombudsman, after that county court. Never give up...... and NEVER BUY FROM DFS.... AVOID AVOID AVOID
