Disgusting all round!!!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They must employ the most rudest staff in the uk. Biggest ripoffs I've ever come across!! Sofa arrived after waiting 6 weeks & paying £2000 for it in terrible condition stitching all wonky, cushions as flat as a pancake, complete mismatch of colour it's disgusting!! The delivery guys looked like they had the weight of the world on their shoulders they were as miserable as sin didn't even greet me and partner just stomped in and proceeded to 'work' The only concern dfs have is the £££. Went to the store to complain (llantrissnt rhondda) the manager was the most rudest arrogant man I've ever come across whatever happened to customer satisfaction?? Now today the engineer or whatever he is came to my home basically made me feel like I was wasting his time. I am furious and will be taking this all the way I will be uploading pictures of the sofa all over the internet advising people never to buy from there again. I will be taking every action I can against them the money grabbers.
