Very very poor service, unreliable, faulty products

It is the THIRD day within about a months time that I am sitting at home NOT working being assured that someone is coming to fix my sofa and foot stool, which were delivered approx. 3 months ago FAULTY. I am completely upset, mainly the fact I spent days off work waiting for them and NOT coming even I had someone on the phone today on 2 different occasions assuring me they will come! Looking at all the money I am flushing down the toilet not being able to work upsets me the most! The last day I waited for them and called them after why no one came they said they can not see any repair was scheduled! What are they doing there!!!??? Plus the items were faulty right from start, it is not even the case that over time it broke and needs some fixing. Completely and utterly disappointed! I dont know what to do with them anymore, how to take anyone serious telling me someone is coming 100% on a day. I am furious! Do not buy there! Worst customer service! And I even paid extra to have my furniture treated so I have a better and longer guarantee/insurance. If they can not even get someone fix the faulty furniture as such, how in hell would they ever send anyone one day when I actually want to make use of my additional guarantee!? I tried to be smart saving a few pounds getting my sofa and stool there but very very much regret that! What a ridiculous company!
