We bought a Sofa bed, electric recliner and a foot stool.
The sofa bed and stool where fine, but we had a design query on the recliner,unfortunately we were unable to test out the recliner in the store as it was not available, but was shown the item on line.
When the chair was delivered the folding out leg rest has a centre piece which does not lay flush and does not support any part of the leg. We requested a home visit to get an explanation as to why this was the case. We where told that it was a kick board and was purely to keep the chair rigid The pictures on line clearly show the leg rest as flush. After speaking to the store and offered an opportunity to speak to the engineer, it was clear that it was basically as it should be.
