We saved up to purchase a new suite ,end of feb 2014, after looking around finally decided on a sofa from kings lynn in norfolk at a cost of over 20000 ,half price ,when it was delivered in march, looked beautiful ,had it made in red to match my lounge ,very quickly things started to go down hil ,where it had been cream and red it fast started to turn brown ,dirty brown and red in the evening or when it was over cast weather ,we rang and complainly to the then at that time who actually came out and order a sample of different batch to be sent home to us to compare instead the new manager had took over at tgestore ,and took ithome with him ,his findings were that it requires a certain light,and that it reflexs light ,leaving me with a suite that is dirty brown ( notcream ) looks like something i purchased from a charity shop ,then to top it off 5 months in to it its now got broken spring , and is wearing badly on the arms and along the front where your legs rest ,total different colour to the rest because the pile as gone ,after chasing phone calls ,dfs sending people out to inspect who disagree with what is very clear to see ,getting in touch with main head office customer service am i left with a disgusting 2000+ sofa ,and no customer care ,what ever happen to customers rights ,so un happy and totally let down by dfs ,and have had months of been spoken to as im stupid ,and dont know what i am having to live with ,visitors ask "when is mynew suite being delivered " speaks volumes

Hi there I had the same problem for 4 months but I fought it until the death now have my replacement suites if it wasn't for tweeting all the pictures of my new faulty sofas on twitter I don't think I would have got my replacement power of social media don't give up also trading standards can help and check your newspapers I wrote to the judge in a national newspaper he was also willing to help consumer lawyer you have rights good luck
