Where do i start..!! Well our fabric £1700 sofa is just 7 months old ( bare that in mind as you read on ) Yes thats right just 7 months old..!!! Firstly any slight drop of water even after following the instructions provided, thats meant to prevent any stain EVEN RED WINE dose nothing it won't even protect agains tap water..!! Even though we paid the extra for the guardsman protection that DFS cannot even prove has been applied...!! The sofa looks a state from water marks before i even get onto the second problem, all of the back cushions are sagging the fibres are not fluffing back to shape no matter what we do. The seat cushions are misshaped and no longer sit right on the frame. This is just with 2 of us using it in the evenings and weekends its not like it takes the hammer it would with a young family. We had it looked at by DFS and apparently this is normal wear and tear and are trying to fob it off. Our sofa is far from fit for purpose and i will take this as far as i possibly can, until we get a FULL refund even if this means hiring a van to take it to the store to sit out side with, for a day to show all perspective customers what shocking products they sell and the diabolical customer services they provide!! And compare it to the the same sofa they have in the show room that apparently looks exactly like ours.. I have contacted trading standards and citizens advice and no my consumer rights.!!!
WHAT A JOKE PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DONT WONT THE HELL WE ARE HAVING...

Same here. Our sofas were purchased about 4 months ago. Cushions are stained with water marks. No joy from this crud business so I have now contacted Watchdog, CAB. Sale of goods act and anyone else who wants to listen

Our sofa drew blood from staples that had come through the fabric. We also have the guardsman protect that has done nothing to protect the sofa. The sofa sags in the middle and it has no clip to keep the lounger in place, this means all the cushions are dragged out of shape. They made a repair that has now damaged my oak flooring. I really can't begin to tell you upset I am with the poor quality of the furniture. Especially now the repairs have damaged other items in my home. Totally lost faith in the company. All they want to do to resolve the problem is send someone out. Hardly want I want given the damage the last service man has caused!
