I paid £29 for a voucher code for a canvas. After the 21 days, still no sign of it. Sent around 15 emails: no replies, 5 phone calls: no answer. The voucher was from KGB Deals who do not respond either regarding their facilitation of theft and fraud. I eventually got my postage refunded through Paypal. Do not give your money to KGBdeals or to BlueAmigo, not if you value it. *Instead, i recommend withdrawing £40 in crisp new notes from your bank, and pushing them through the gaps in the... “Blue amigo rip off KGB deals”

I ordered a canvas through KGB deals from blue amigo back in July 2012. After waiting the specified 21 days for delivery ( no delivery made) I telephoned blue amigo and couldn't get through so I emailed them on their contact form thus again no response. After 53 phone calls and 60 emails to the priority@blueamigo I still had no response. I am totally annoyed with this company as this was a present. I ordered from this company through KGB deals in July, phoned and eventually got through to be told would receive the order in 2 wees, still nothing, cant get through on phones, and now when I try and use the link in my original KGB email to get onto the site my anti-virus alerts me it is a trojan. big big scam. I ordered 3 canvases through KGB deals, with a delivery time of 21 days. It has now been nearly 2 months. After sending 3 emails to Blue Amigo and leaving a message - as their telephone number goes straight to voice mail without the option to stay on the line - I have had no response from them. I ordered a canvas via KGB deals nearly 4 months ago now and despite a number of emails, and failed promise after promise to deliver its not arrived. They have ignored my request for a refund (and KGB keep saying Blue Amigo are posting it and will not refund) and paypal wont refund due to it being over 45 days. Poor company, awful customer service and obviously unable to cope with multiple orders via deals sites (so dont use them!) They give genuine small businesses a bad name. (read more)

I ordered and paid for canvasses from these people 22nd August. i have still not recieved them. they are quick enough to take your money but not deliver the goods. i have contacted mighty deals on numerous occasions with promises that they will be sent out 'this week' very sorry but they have a backlog to catch up with that was 3 weeks ago. i am amazed that mighty deals are now readvertising the canvasses!!!!!!!!! These guys will take your money and not deliver the goods. Avoid at all costs. Before placing an order - try calling them. You will find their phone is engaged constantly. Today is 15th sept still nothing their phone is constantly engaged & they havent replied to my emails! I ordered this canvas print a few weeks ago and was then alarmed to read the many poor reviews about the company (I had looked up the reviews as I was unable to get through to them via telephone. I managed to find a priority e Mail address eventually and contacted them through this. I had a prompt reply and after a bit of confusion actually finding my order, it was promptly printed and posted. The end product is great and well worth the wait and the aggro. (read more)

I placed an order with them but they never bothered to acknowledge, nor would respond to any sort of queries. Their phone is either busy or they are not responding. I placed an order late February 2012. I received ONE of the two canvasses ordered TWO months later. I had left myself a month just incase the order was late, as one of the canvasses was for my niece's first birthday. I have contacted Blue Amigo 4 times in total since receiving half of my order and have heard nothing back from them on any of those 4 occasions. I have never written a review but read them many times to look up products. However i feel compelled to review Blue Amigo - lifestye photography & Art company. I ordered 2 of their canvas's five weeks ago and i still haven't recieved them after the maximum lead time was 3 weeks. The company is so difficult to get hold of, i think i spent 3 hours tyring the landline number one day, to them have to chase again the day after. I'm back! Still haven't received ANY correspondence, nor a refund or my original order. I'll be contacting Paypal who will hopefully refuse to deal with them in future, saving everybody else the hassle that comes with it.
