Bed was delivered to my elderly mother yesterday. Unpacked it today to assemble and discovered a large chip out of the corner of the bed frame. Immediately phoned the Customer Services number. They are not open on Saturday! Telephoned the order enquiry number who just didn't care. Will be requesting a full refund.
