Outrageous

Ordered children's bunk beds. When being delivered both boxes were ripped. I would not sign the order delivery sheet till they stated delivered with ripped boxes. Parents travelled 115 miles to help ensemble. Children's old bunk beds taken down the Saturday morning all excited for the new ones Saturday afternoon. When upstairs half the parts missing. Called benson beds and was given a number to call on the Monday so children with no beds till Monday. Called Monday and they stated they will send out the parts and send someone to fit the bunk beds. They called Tuesday to say I should be receiving a call as it was a two man team. It's now Thursday and been chasing them everyday. Been told now that if I do not receive a call by Friday afternoon to arrange my own fitters to put up the beds and they will refund the bill. As if I can trust them to do that. It's the children I feel for. Disgusting service.
