My son paid for his or should I say what he was told would be his bed a month ago.
I'm writing this review for the first time I have ever written one.
My son who has suffered a brain injury required a decent bed to aid in his recovery.
We took his old bed away for him when he was told the bed would be delivered last week.
He waited between 12 and 6 on Friday end of week and waited until 7 no bed.
So he phoned to find out how long it would be,the lady at the end said that the delivery had overrun and she had just seen it taken off the van.
So I phoned the office and spoke to a person who said it hadn't been made and that they had been let down.
So that was the first lie,not sure who was telling the truth yet.
When he told me he was sorry but as it was the weekend(even though they still take your money on a (Saturday and Sunday) he couldn't do anything about it.
I then told him about my sons brain injury and he said that unfortunately all he could offer was for him to go to the town which was now 7pm and buy a blow up bed of which they would pay for.
Told him my son could not drive due to his condition and I was over 100miles away so couldn't get back to him in time.
So he slept on his sofa all night.
Saturday we collected a bed fromArgos very uncomfortable.
He told me he would phone back on Monday,hence this review being left.NO PHONE CALL RE DELIVERY.
I'm worried that this company is going bust.

Many sympathies - I paid £1,000 for an order for my grand daughter end of November, my family endured weeks of problems with Bensons ie non & part deliveries - main problems seemed to be with the Leicestershire distribution centre & customer service. Our local store was eventually instrumental in sorting it all out with delivery to the store itself & local fitter delivering so can't really fault them. Eventually delivered &fitted 11 January with hard fought for compensation credited 15th January. Wishing you the Best of Luck
