Purchased a mattress 2nd one no complaints, recommended to my daughter who after 2 years has had nothing but trouble, dipping and lump in the middle, back breaking for her partner. The shop where she purchased it from didnt want to know was told to get intouch with customer services, what lovely people NOT helpfull NOT. The messing about sending photos, then to be told not getting a replacement, asking for an inspector to visit to be told we would have to pay, lets not forget they give a 5 year guarantee. The way i have been spoke to by one of the employees at customer services is terrible. I am now taking my complaint to trading standards and will never purchase another item from this firm.

Thankyou for the kindest response yet since my daughter and i started all this last year. We have now drawn a line under this and accepted that a guarantee means nothing by bensons for Beds. The 2 people we spoke to at customer services had the same view there was nothing wrong with the mattress. My daughter is going elswhere for a new one.
