We ordered the complete range of the Moreno back in August, Received our first delivery in October after waiting for all of it to be built in Germany.
Our first delivery came and everything apart from overbed unit was incorrect this was down to the store manager at the time placing the order incorrectly, We were told we would have to re order again and wait another 6-7 weeks for the correct furniture.
Our new furniture was to come on two delivery's over a two week period and in the mean time we are to sleep on the floor as they do not have a loan bed to borrow us.
We have waited a total of 15 weeks for our new furniture and in the end have cancelled the whole order.
This company is discgraceful and customer services are absolutely shocking, we have been put on hold for 50 mins at a time because no one in customer services knows what they are doing.
They have never once tried to offer a solution in all of this that has been going on and we have just been left with an empty bedroom and now need to re order furniture and wait again.
Keep away from this company and spend your money elsewhere to get good customer service.
