We bought a sliding door wardrobe and assembled it according to the instructions. We have an experience of putting up wardrobes. The mechanism on sliding doors didn't work properly, so we searched for help at the customer service. We needed somebody to look at it and find out what causes the issue. They said they can not provide anyone to help. Unlike Dreams, when we had problem with a bed, the person came a fixed it. Never will buy from BfB again!
