Absolute rubbish customer services no help what so ever. I was told that I would get a call when delivery was being made NO CALL RECEIVED even though they insist they tried my son was in the house and heard nothing say they deliver until 6 called them and my bed was back at the depot by 3.30 and that is 150 miles from me. I think someone had an early day probably to hot to deliver beds and the best part is they can't re arrange delivery for the best part of a week don't throw your old 1 out until the new 1 arrives
