We bought an Airflow 5000 2 years ago and whilst we didnt use it much over that time, we had problems with the mattress continuing to sag in the sleep positions and never regaining its proper flat surface. Anyway, when we contacted Bensons recently they agreed to send out an Inspector. He measured, inspected and checked the mattress and his report basically said the mattress was not fit for purpose. The lady who we had originally reported the problem to rang us back promptly to explain what the options were- either and upgraded replacement or full cost credit towards another of their products. We checked out the possible replacement at the Chadderton branch where staff were really helpful. We werent too keen on the new model of the original mattress and decided to go for another more expensive one (the Savoy). Quite a bit dearer, however again the staff did what they could for us on the cost difference and we were able to do a deal, and we are very pleased. All in all a really positive customer experience. Cannot fault all the Bensons staff from first call to delivery staff and company should be proud of its team.
