“Didn't turn up at scheduled time”

I had been recommended Avanti from a family member and was looking forward to seeing what they could design for us. I went into the Head office showroom in Lye and made an appointment for 7pm on 7th October.
I left work early to get home in time and made sure I had all my questions ready and drew up some ideas I'd had of my own.
7pm came and went, as did 7.30pm and 8pm with no one showing up or even a phone call to say they were late or couldn't make it.

Spoke with them today to be told that the person I spoke with took all of my details down but failed to pass them on to appointment team. To me, that's not good enough as that sounds like quite a simple process to follow.
I was offered a visit for this evening but I politely declined. If they can't get this right, it doesn't give me much confidence in their ability to fit a kitchen!
