My kitchen was installed last month. I'm generally happy with the quality of the product however the service from Avanti was terrible. We met Avanti at Grand Designs, the showroom staff were great, but we were then passed to a designed who was painful to deal with. Their systems are antiquated, they're not at all flexible or customer focused, and communication is terrible. We decided to purchase as we'd gone so far down the design with the we didn't want to start all over again, I wish we had! The Service Manager we were allocated has been elusive, and we're still waiting for the installation to be completed. I took the day of work today to wait home for an installer who hasn't arrive, thanks Avanti. No answer from Avanti or the installer. Avanti need a service overhall, and until that happens I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
