We've been trying to replace our bathroom through Avanti for the last 10 months (yes 10 months!). The main reason the process has taken so long is their inability to call or return our calls. It seems to take 3-4 weeks to get a response from anyone and when you call to complain they suddenly pay attention for all of 5 minutes.
Now we've hit a stumbling block in the order and rather than listening to my request to look at options to work around it, they tell me it'd be better if I take my business elsewhere. I should've done this a long time ago. Thank you for wasting me and my heavily pregnant wife's time.

Think yourself lucky that you didn't have Avanti do your bathroom. Ours has been a catalogue of disasters and at today's date of 11th September we still await a rectification to the toilet, reimbursement for having to get a service engineer to rectify an incorrect fitting of the shower and a couple of fitting issues. Our bathroom was started on the 10th July and we were told it would take 8 working days. You've had a lucky escape!!
