I love Argos, and I hate complaining but my last visit to my local store was a bit of a joke, Only one person serving, and the lady in front of me had brought an item back that had gone faulty, so im left stood twiddling my thumbs for over 9 mins waiting for somebody to come and open another desk so I can finally get my order rolling. whats worse is because it was quiet, the staff on the collection desks where all stood about with nothing to do as nobody was getting served at the payment area.. Sort it out Argos.. you can do much better, maybe you just need a better manager with better staff organising skills.
