Appliance arrived on time, failed within 6 months, the Samsung engineer arrived with the wrong parts, but did manage to get it working again all except the LED display. Within one week it failed again with me losing all the food in the fridge and freezer. They now want to try again, not sure I would let a Samsung engineer in the house again!! On the positive side it looks great, just very hot inside!! (read more)

P.S. If i try and log a review on the Samsung website apparently it breaks their rules so it gets refused. Wonder what the rule is - Only good reviews allowed!!! not much use if you're a customer then
