Even though Samsung know that this is a problem fridge/freezer, they continue to sell it - is this ethical? Its a terrible waste of time and money to purchase one of these RSH1 fridge freezers - I have spent the last six weeks trying to sort ours out and am now told there are no parts to be had to repair it. Poor Customer service information and only a partial refund at the end of it. Future buyers BEWARE.
