i bought this fridge/freezer 5 months ago and it has already broken ,called hotpoint they are not interested, they said they will only fix the problem which is ice build up on the fan and the back panel. the engneer said this was manufacturer's fault eventhough the problem is fixed but it can happen again. the hotpoint are not taking any liability. i'm so stressed as their customer service is probably the world's worst one. IF YOU THINKING TO BUY HOTPOINT PLEASE THINK AGAIN. I WOULD NEVER BUY HOTPOINT AGAIN! .....
