“Pain in the backside”

This appliance worked perfectly well for 5 years then the fridge stopped cooling due to the ice build up behind back panel. I have defrosted it on at least 3 occasions over the past 2 months; each defrost taking 3 days due to the size of the ice build up. The problem just keeps re- occurring.
I will never buy a Hotpoint product again. It is a disgrace that the company will not recognise their responsibility for producing this faulty piece of rubbish.
