We've had one for less than 4 years and the freezer department freezes up (supposed to be frost free) and the fridge warms up - have defrosted three times but still no good.

Bosch want £89 just to come and look at it plus parts so for what is likely to be more than £100 we'll probably get a cheaper competitors (Beko seem to be OK for the money).

PS - heard through the grapevine that because its Bosch it's not necessarily made in Germany or that the parts are German - can't tell where it's made from the metal plate the back.
