This freezer has been running continuously for three months and we had no idea it was not switching off. I asked Curry's and Beko to replace it under my guarantee but they both refused. After returning home after holiday it refused to freeze. Today the engineer said the compresser was broken and there was no gas in the freezer at all. After cutting out the old compressor and refilling the gas I now have only 9 months left on my guarantee. So lets hope it continues to work. I will never deal with Currys again, and I will not purchase Beko either. The after care service from both is appalling. My freezer contents were also wasted as the insurance excess was £300.00. Three months old.....this freezer...it,s disgusting. It should in my opinion have been exchanged straight away not repaired!

I would never use this brand. My beko had a buzzing noise and my hubby could not sleep. It sounded so loud it was like living at an airport.
