I purchased this cooker in Sept 14 from an appliance warehouse. The enamel was scratched on the hob and the cooker door, which Rangemaster agreed to replace. They have also had to replace the fan which was faulty. I now have a problem with the rubber seal on the small oven door that keeps coming away. I am still waiting for Rangemaster to replace the door that is damaged. I have rung their customer service dept on numerous occasions - they do not return your calls as promised. I have been sent 3 replacement doors all of which are damaged. I have contacted the people I purchased the cooker from and they have been no help either. I have been told my problem is not a priority!! I certainly would not recommend Rangemaster - the cooker seems very tinny and I am not convinced it will last. I purchased this cooker, as I thought Rangemaster were a good brand within the market but know I know otherwise!!! Certainly not value for money. I wish I had spent a little bit more and purchased a Brittania.
