I'm not sure as I have not used this yet....but I am hopefula that this facility is more accurate and the service is more informative compared to the other 2 companies we are using..

Receiving emails from a human (for a change!) has been a great pleasure from Text Republic. Having someone ask 'can they assist' is a unique kind of customer service which I could get used to, Text Republic have even answered general questions about text marketing for me which didn't directly correspond to the business they provided- giving me a better picture of what we can do with this type of promotion to our database. For their customer service alone I would recommend them to other companies who wish to avail of similar tools - a helping hand is very useful when dabbling with unknown tech territory for your business!

I set up my text republic account fairly easily, however I had a problem trying to add all my contacts. When I tried to contact text republic, I heard nothing back which was a little disappointing. I managed to work it out myself anyway and have been sending texts since.

Text Republic has made my life so much easier!!! At a click of a button you can send out sale/promotion/reminder texts to customers. Its great that you can see how many has been recieved and how many opt-out texts you get after the bundle has been sent. It is not overly expenise and the customer care we recieve is fantastic. There is no stupid question to them. I will continue to recommend text republic to everyone!!

I wanted to evaluate whether SMS texting woud be an effective marketing tool for an amateur drama group. Requirements include easy to use, no contract, ability to evaluate at low cost, & competitive pricing. Was impressed how easy and quickly it was to setup an account and send some test messages. Messages were sent quickly and on time. Like the "verified delivery" feature. Also, good to see that TextRepublic technically supports Irish (and UK) legislation for SMS marketing Support is excellent. Very impressed with the speed of response and quality of communication. Have yet to fully sign up, but plan to do so in the near future.

Only using this service a short while but it is very effective and already have had positive feedback from clients. Easy to use and easily accessible.

Text republic offer an excellent service and is ideal for our needs. Being able to text everyone at the same time is exactly what we needed and a key feature for us is that we can filter the database and select a variety of groups within the larger group. Such a great service, very easy to use. Great value also which is always a plus. The main help is the customer service i received, they are always on hand to help. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend or family member and I already have. The user interface is a massive plus, anybody could use the site and would have no problems.

Their customer service is excellent, responding quickly to any questions we may have in the most professional and polite manner. I would never hesitate to contact Text Republic if I have any issues as they are more than accommodating. What I found particularly helpful was how their willingness to help with the wording of your text messages if needs be, to keep within the maximum characters for use of credits. Their system is very user friendly and straight forward but there are training videos also available to talk you through step by step insturctions. The preparatory videos are very simple and even those who aren't techies can work through the process.We decided on using text instead of email because there is a 97% open rate and we can still use a call to action.It is an affordable method of getting your message out directly to your customers and text republic keeps it simple.Scheduling text campaigns means you don't have to keep logging in to your computer and you can be get on with your work while text republic takes care of sending your message.All in all a great experience.
